I love hot cereal on a cold morning!
My favorite is Love Grown Super Oats! Its a mixture of all the best; its a blend of gluten-free oats, chia seeds, quinoa flakes and amaranth flakes! There is no sugar added, so I like to sweeten it up with 1 scoop of my favorite protein powder which adds an extra 12 grams of protein to this delicious breakfast! Sometimes I add 1/2 banana also for that extra potassium punch!
